Product Details

Crunchy and spicy Ginger Biscuits developed from an original WI recipe are batch baked in the traditional way on trays by a fourth generation family bakery based in a Yorkshire village.

Crafted with over 100 years baking experience, the first to the last bite of these delicious biscuits will leave you asking for more.

Ingredients:

Wheat Flour, Vegetable Oils (Vegetable Oils and Fats, Water, Salt, Natural Vegetable Colours: Annatto, Curcumin; Natural Flavourings), Sugar, Stem Ginger (6%) (Sugar, Ginger), Partially Inverted Refiners Syrup, Dried Ground African Ginger (2%), Black Treacle (Invert Sugar Syrup, Molasses), Water, Raising Agents: Sodium Bicarbonate, Ammonium Bicarbonate.

Contains no artificial flavours or colours.
